Our lightest roast, this bean variety from Queen City has distinct notes of cherry, with more subtle dark chocolate tones. This bean is natural process, so its journey from harvest to roasting is void of any water until it’s freshly brewed for you.

Our only honey-processed bean, this light roast has the unique flavor profile that only residual coffee cherry nectar can produce.
