Light Roasts
Our most popular light roast: notes of caramelized sugar make it a great fit for any flavor add-in’s, if you’re so inclined, though it’s also phenomenal as a solo act. With its Rainforest Alliance Certification, it’s an easy one to love.
Our lightest roast, this bean variety from Queen City has distinct notes of cherry, with more subtle dark chocolate tones. This bean is natural process, so its journey from harvest to roasting is void of any water until it’s freshly brewed for you.
Our only honey-processed bean, this light roast has the unique flavor profile that only residual coffee cherry nectar can produce. Another Rainforest Alliance Certified variety, with a sweet, mild citrus complexity that is exceptional just as it is, or with some additional milks or sugars if desired. Medium Roasts
Our most popular medium roast, this variety from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala has notes of dark chocolate & honey, making it an excellent base for any of our optional flavor additions. 
This popular medium roast works great for espresso machines, with its most prominent tasting notes being brown sugar, making it the perfect companion to our brown sugar cinnamon syrup if you prefer a little extra sweetness.
Like a slightly juicier version of our Guatemala, with notes of red apple and milk chocolate. Enjoy this limited release while it lasts!
Nearly identical in flavor profile to its caffeinated counterpart, the Decaf Guatemala has notes of milk chocolate and honey. Drink as a full decaf, or cut the jitters by making it a half-caf with it’s match, and add just about any flavor without interfering tasting notes.
COLD BREW
Sometimes, you just want a cold brew in your hand without the caffeine: this decaffeinated OG will solve that. Boasting a similar flavor profile to our OG, our decaf also serves as an optimal base for any flavor additions you may choose.

Fall is here and so are our harvest specials! Our hot pumpkin variety uses a medium roast coffee base, caffe misto style with steamed milk of your choice, plus our house-made pumpkin spice blend and topped with whipped cream. Our cold variety is an on-tap pumpkin spice cold brew, unsweetened, but can be modified to your liking with sugars, syrups, latte style, or even a cold foam on top! 
When in the Hudson Valley during apple season, you do as much with a good ol’ honeycrisp as you can! Our Hot Caramel Apple Caffe Misto features our light roast, honey-processed Mexico beans, spun up with our house-made apple syrup, caramel steamed milk, and a drizzle of caramel on top. The iced latte equivalent features our OG cold brew concentrate made latte style, with the caramel & apple syrup added to the base and a caramel cold foam/drizzle on top. If you’re in the mood for an extra kick of apple, try it with one of our cider donuts from Pochuck farms!
OG Cold Brew Concentrate (or chai concentrate, or matcha) made latte style with the milk of your choice, organic maple syrup & buttery simple syrup in the base, and a banana brown sugar cold foam with house made puree, finished with a maple drizzle!
Our house-made apple syrup makes an appearance in our Apple Crisp Matchas & Apple Cider Latte as well! The Apple Crisp Matcha features a honey cold foam that pairs phenomenally well with our honey-crisp syrup, and the apple cider donuts from Pochuck farms are an optional upgrade to send it over the top with local apple goodness.

We offer a variety of Harney & Son’s Teas: Royal English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Green Tea with Citrus, and Chamomile.
Available for kids & grown-ups, our house-made hot cocoa mix with steamed milk of your choosing topped with whipped cream.
We make our chai tea latte with Tazo Organic concentrate & the milk of your choosing, hot or iced.
Our ceremonial grade matcha from Kyoto, Japan is naturally unsweetened, and can be made hot or cold with the milk of your choosing.
Our Indigo Punch Tea from Harney & Sons. A caffiene-free alternative to our traditional iced tea, this vibrant, fruity variety combines flavors of rose hips, apple pieces, lemon, and raspberry, gaining its body from both butterfly pea flower & hibiscus flower, yielding its lovely indigo tone.SNACKS
Another thoughtful creation from Balthazar Bakery, these chocolate croissants are delightful straight from the refrigerator or heated in-store to transform that chocolate center into something more divine.
A Jersey Shore staple all the way from Mueller’s Bakery in Bay Head, NJ! A shortbread cookie, made with raspberry jam, covered in powdered sugar. Worth the drive!
Made by one of our local bakers, this cookie features homemade toffee bits, pistachio, and chocolate chips, mixed into a wholesome base with King Arthur’s Organic Flour.
Another wonderful treat from Balthazar Bakery, these almond croissants are heated in house to make that gooey almond paste in the center really shine through every buttery, flakey bite.
One of our favorite creations from Balthazar Bakery, these flakey, buttery croissants are as close to Paris as we’ll get without the airfare.
